DMR-604

H.264 is a future-proof standard for high-efficiency video compression. Ideally suited for the high-performance processor technology of our digital recorders. Compared with previous standards, the required data rate will be reduced by at least half at the same quality with the H.264 method. This results in a considerably improved display of fast image movements and a faster upload process with Internet connection or access via smartphone. H.264 is also ideally suited for high-resolution image data like HDTV.
